A 45 minute heated environment work out! This is what our Hot Interval Flow will now offer to you.
A vigorous, dynamic and empowering programme adjusted to all different fitness levels will be a challenging of your cardio-fitness and will give you strength, as you never imagined to have.
Our aim is to developing strength, endurance (both aerobic and anaerobic), flexibility and coordination including a circuit training with interval and tabatas routine.
Tabatas, tabatas, tabatas!!!!! Have you heard about them?
Tabatas is a 3 to 4 minute long set of exercises that probably will feel like the longest 4 minutes of your life!
Push hard for 20 seconds
Rest for 10 seconds
Repeat this 8 times.
These Tabata-inspired work outs combine short intervals of maximum intensity exercise some rest in between. This type of training has been proven to burn more calories then steady state training and is great fun too.

It is about something else.
Now, pull your belly button in towards your spine, not by simply sucking in, but by contracting your abdominals. Do you feel it? Good, Now make it a habit to do this exercise while you sit, drive, or walk.

Our Core-training aims to strength the muscles that play an unique role since they provide stabilization for your entire body, offering you a good posture and a great flexibility.
With a diverse exercises and coordinated movements in our heated Studio you will be having stronger and correctly balanced core muscles that will result in less strain on your spine giving you a quality energy flow from the large to the small body parts during many sporting and everyday activities.
Training your core will result in tremendous benefits in a relative short amount of time.
The term “ core” referrers to the muscles of your abdominals and your lower back (hips and Spine).. Now, do we have your attention?
We offer 3 times a week a 30 minutes core training class that will reduce your lower back pain, improve your posture – control and balance, prevent you from injuries and, off course, who doesn’t love to lose inches from their waist as a result of tightened muscle!

YOGA for Runners
As a runner, you strike the ground many times per mile, with a force of two to three times your body weight, so you can feel that impact of this in the muscles, ligaments, and bone structures throughout your body.Therefore it is important to stretch and lengthen your muscles before and after running.
Our new Yoga for runners is a 75-minute sequence that include key poses for areas of the body that are most overused or prone to injury for runners such as: hips, calfs, aquiles tendon, feet, etc.
It was designed with the runner in mind, but is also a flow for everyone to enjoy.
During the class, you will work on:
-Over-all strength
-Power and flexibility
-Relaxation of the mind addressing both: the physical and mental demands of this challenging activity.
Practicing yoga in a regular basis will provide you with the following benefits:
-Strengthen and lengthen the hamstrings
-Strengthen and increase mobility of the hip joint
-Eliminate lower-back and upper-body discomfort
-Speed the recovery process after a practice run or a race
-Maintain a strong core
-Restore and rejuvenate to prepare for an upcoming event
After a few weeks of practicing yoga for runners, you’ll feel stronger, more
balanced, in tune with your breathing and aware of your posture and technique. Your entire running experience will be more productive, positive and enjoyable.
